Sealphane® the
peelable heatseal film that has been designed for the lidding
of dual ovenable trays which are used for the packaging of
chilled or frozen foods. Markets for 10.63; Flexible packaging
for food, Sealable films, Prepared ready meals, medical etc.

heatsealable and peelable Sealphane® - Grades:
Sealphane® 10.63
clear film, peelable film, seals to trays made from CPET, modified
CPET, APET, PET coated Paperboard and PVC.

clear film, heat sealable on one side, excellent mechanical
properties, designed for printing and laminating

The way Sealphnae® is formulated 10.63 assures a clean peel, every
time. Sealphane® 10.63 will not shred when being removed from the
tray substrate, either hot or cold.
Solvent free process
10.63 peelable film is made with no organic solvents eliminating any
risk of quality and taste of the packed foods. Basics, no solvents =
contamination and odour free. Sealphane® 10.63 peelabale and 10.93
sealable films are fully food approved according to European and US regulations.
Excellent convertibility
Sealphane® 10.63 and 10.93 mechanical properties ensure hassle free
run ability on all standard filling equipment. The non heatsealable surface
is corona treated and lends itself to printing and laminating for those
demanding applications.
